Subject Interlocal Agreement to Provide a Family Support Services Program (Public Hospital District No. 2, Snohomish County) Recommendation Approve agreement to enable the District to provide Family Support Services Program for the benefit of PHD2 residents in the Edmonds School District. Background The Family Support Services Program is a prevention and intervention program that links families in the Edmonds School District with appropriate health and wellness services. This Agreement would provide three 7-hour per day Family Resource Advocates to provide services to each quadrant in the District (a 4th Family Resource Advocate is District-funded at 3.5 hours/day).
